HR Manager
Salary: £45,000 – £52,000 per annum, depending on experience
Additional Benefits: 10% pension contribution to a personal pension plan
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Based in Nottinghamshire with flexibility for travel within the region
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead and deliver a comprehensive human resources service. This role involves supporting senior leadership, employees, and other stakeholders in achieving strategic objectives while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to senior leadership, employees, and stakeholders.
- Lead workforce planning and support the delivery of organisational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Oversee and manage HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development.
- Support organisational change initiatives and contribute to strategic planning.
- Equip and enable team members and leaders with tools and resources to promote a compliant and effective workplace.
- Lead training sessions, workshops, and events to enhance HR awareness and skills across the organisation.
About You:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong strategic thinking and workforce planning skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and advisory skills.
- Ability to manage HR processes and initiatives in a complex and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to travel within the region and attend occasional evening or weekend meetings/events (with time off in lieu provided).
