HR Advisor
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum
Contract Type: 12-month Fixed Term Contract

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support the recruitment process, including attending interviews.
- Deliver engaging onboarding and induction programmes for new hires.
HR Guidance & Employee Relations
- Provide advice and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Advise and support on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries and grievances.
- Assist in training line managers on conducting investigations and chairing hearings.
Training & Development
- Deliver targeted training sessions for line managers on HR-specific topics.
- Drive and support employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
HR Administration & Reporting
- Update and maintain accurate employee records on HR systems.
- Produce and analyse management information (MI) reports.
Culture & Projects
- Champion the company culture and participate in HR-related projects.
About You:
Essential Skills & Experience
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or currently working towards it.
- Broad HR generalist experience, with confidence in handling challenging situations.
- Strong knowledge of current employment law and best practices.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient IT skills, including experience with HR systems.
